    The 2017 Pueblo Chile & Frijoles Festival kicks off Friday afternoon.  More than 150,000 people from all over the country will be downtown this weekend trying different chile concoctions and stocking up for the year.  Some people may not know that Pueblo chile is the number one export for fresh produce in Pueblo County. It's also one of the most recognized crops in the nation.  As county workers say, a lot of it has to do with the chiles being grown in Pueblo.
