    The euthanasia Monday at Pueblo Animal Services of a dog named Charlie has sparked outrage among no-kill advocates.  The neutered male Border Collie mix, believed to be 3 to 5 years old, arrived at the Pueblo shelter in mid-April as a transfer from a shelter in Trinidad.  He was put down Monday morning.
