COLORADO SPRINGS - The graduates of United States Air Force Academy Class of 2013 may have to hold their hat a little longer for this year's flyover. Since the Air Force Thunderbirds have been grounded indefinitely by sequestration budget cuts, the Texas Flying Legends and WestPac Restorations have stepped up to fly their World War II era aircraft over Falcons Stadium.
