Local dentists are offering a dollar for every pound of candy returned to their offices. The candy will then be paired with other items to make Halloween packages for soldiers. One such office is Rocky Mountain Pediatric Dentistry at Powers and Woodmen. Dentists say that most kids don't need all the sweets they get during trick or treat, and this helps the troops as well.
