Major delays and detours on Garden of the Gods

Westbound Garden of the Gods road will have night delays and detours this week. A water line in place since the mid sixtys is being replaced. Crews are working from eight in the evening to five in the morning. Springs utilities says this is a proactive approach to lessen breaks in this area.
