Memorial Hospital reported this afternoon that laboratory reports containing a certain amount of health information for 6,400 patients are missing. The laboratory reports are used for processing billing and charges for laboratory services, not for clinical care.

Colorado State Troopers say a 17 year old from Trinidad was seriously hurt last Friday when he lost control of his Kawasaki dirt bike and crashed into a utility pole. The accident happened at around 1:30 p.m. along Colorado Highway 160 just a quarter mile east of Trinidad.
