The Humane Society is still looking to reunite lost pets with their owners.

Pet parents are going to the dogs.
Nearly half of dog owners spend $50 a month on their animals, compared to fewer than 40% of cat owners.
That's according to a survey from CouponCabin.com.
Nearly a quarter of pet owners fess up to holding or attending a birthday celebration for an animal.
That number is also higher for dog owners than cat owners.

The "City Bark at City Park" on Goodnight Avenue is undergoing renovations. On Monday, crews started working on areas of the dog park. The Pueblo City Parks and Recreation division plan to add restrooms, turf, trees and an area for small dogs.
The dirt section of "City Bark" is open, while renovations get started. However, the dog park will be closed completely in the next month as work progresses.
The estimated cost for the renovations are at $100,000.
