Louis Madrid, who also goes by the name of Pete Andrew Madrid, is wanted by the Pueblo Police Department. He's a white male, brown hair, brown eyes, 5'10, 215 lbs, last known address: 1510 Reading, Pueblo.
Madrid is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. His original conviction was for sexual assault on a child. Information on his original crime is not available.
Madrid can also be identified by tattoos on his right arm. They read: Leticia, Margaret and Elisa.
