Watch VideoCell phones great for text messaging

Are you looking for a perfect phone for text messaging? The Good Housekeeping Institute puts some phones to the test.
Engineer, Todd Kent says, "if you've ever used a numeric keypad you know how aggravating it is to touch numbers multiple times to get the letter you want. Now they've come up with qwerty phones, which are named so because the top letters are q w e r t y, and they have a full keypad, which makes it much easier to send a message to your kid or your relative or anybody else you want to talk to."
The Verizon Wireless Voyager was the overall winner in the tests. It costs around $300.00. One tester says, "I like how the phone has the touch screen on the front and then you can open it and it has the big keypad inside."
The AT&T Moto Q 9H Global was given a thumbs up in the tests. "This phone had the best voice quality of all the phones we looked at. It also has a really large, bright screen and it had a large keypad, so typing your text messages is easy as well," says Kent.
The T-Mobil Blackberry Curve delivered the fastest send-and-receive time and had excellent battery life. But some testers found the keyboard a little cramped. It costs $250.00.
The Sprint LG Rumor was the testers' favorite sprint phone, because it was intuitive. But panelists had some complaints: "I didn't like that the screen size was a little bit smaller than some of the other phones we tested. It made it somewhat difficult to see what i was composing on the screen." It costs about $100.00.
