If you have a big coffee habit, you may be protecting yourself from skin cancer. A new study conducted at Rutgers University found that drinking 3 to 5 cups of coffee a day triggers a process in which UVB damaged cells are killed off. Now researchers are trying to find out if applying a caffeinated skin cream would do the same thing.
Results of the study are published in the April 1 issue of Cancer Research.
