Paul McCartney divorce almost final

Paul McCartney's on track to finally be divorced from Heather Mills. On Monday, a judge in London granted the former Beatle a preliminary divorce decree. If no one objects, it'll be final in six weeks and one day.

Mills will get $47.5 million in the settlement, and retains custody of the couple's 4-year-old daughter, Beatrice. McCartney retains most of his assets, estimated by the court to be approaching $1 billion.
