Scientists say New Zealand's biggest glacier is disappearing at an alarming rate. Researchers say the glacier has shrunk by more than four miles since 1990. A lake has formed next to it and is gradually melting the glacier. The lake has been growing and is now almost as large as the melted part of the glacier. Scientists say the lake is making the glacier melt even faster. The glacier is expected to melt an additional four miles in the next decade.
