This Saturday is Earth Day, and what better place to celebrate the earth than the stunningly-beautiful Garden of the Gods.
This will be a treat for kids--llamas, a live wolf, birds of prey from Pueblo's Raptor Center, falcons from the Air Force Academy, Search and Rescue, Peterson AF Base Fire Dept., Mr. Science, Indian Dancers, and more. The price -- a family-friendly free.
Arrive at 8:30, roll-up your sleeves to help clean-up the park. At 10:00, the fun begins. Bring a picnic lunch, or buy grilled hot dogs for $1.00.
