D-11 substitute teacher arrested

A substitute teacher in Colorado Springs School District 11 was arrested on a felony charge of solicitation for child prostitution after allegedly offering money to a student in exchange for sex.
Lloyd Clark, 73, was arrested Thursday at his home. He was released on $10,000 bail. When reached at his home Friday, Clark said he's speechless and the allegations apparently stem from a misunderstanding.
Clark said he taught for 40 years and has been a substituteteacher for 11 years. The incident allegedly happened at Wasson High School.
