The city says beginning at 9 a.m. Aug. 25, Speer Blvd. will be closed from I-25 to Lawrence St., but two lanes in each direction will be open during the morning rush from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Midday closures are planned August 25 - 27 to accommodate protesters on one block of Bannock St. between 14th and Colfax avenues, westbound lanes of Colfax from Bannock to Speer, and southbound lanes of Speer from Colfax to Larimer St.
Auraria Parkway from I-25 to Speer Blvd. will be closed from 12 a.m. August 23 - 27.
