Nearly 40 of Southern Colorado's best restaurants and caterers were at this year's Restaurant Expo at the Broadmoor.

The chef's served up samples of their fine cuisine all afternoon on Sunday and it was all for a good cause.

It was to help support St. Francis Medical Center and the Colorado Pro Start Program.

News First's Rachel Hoffenberg and Mark Hanrahan tried their hands at a little cooking. They cooked a five course meal with lamb, creme brule, and buffalo burgers. Their cuisine won the People's Choice Award.
