Firefighters from Colorado Springs and El Paso County have gained control of a brush fire near I-25 and the Tejon and Nevada exit. It started around 5:30 Thursday evening. The fire burned ten acres along Fountain Creek. The Colorado Springs Fire Department says the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
