Flight Cancellations at Denver International Airport

DALLAS (AP) - American Airlines and Delta Air Lines have canceled dozens of flights today as they continue their inspections of wiring bundles on some of their planes.
American says more than 130 flights of its flights are being canceled, and says that figure could change.
American has canceled six flights in and out of Denver International Airport. Delta is not reporting any flight changes at DIA.
Inspections are continuing on wire bundles aboard American's MD-80 aircraft. The need for the checks arose from an audit of American conducted by a joint team of inspectors from the Texas-based airline and the Federal Aviation Administration.
Delta began voluntarily inspecting the wiring on its MD-80 jets last night, but hasn't said how many flights will be canceled.
