Wildfire burns 1,500 acres in Pueblo County

A massive grass fire burned 1500 acres in Eastern Pueblo County Tuesday night. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Residents and their livestock had to be evacuated. At least two structures were reportedly burned.  One firefighter was treated at the scene for minor injuries.  Fire crews from several agencies were joined by local residents in battling the flames. 

The fire covered a wide area, about 20 miles east of Pueblo.
