A Powerball ticket sold in Colorado Springs is worth $200,000. The ticket was sold at a Loaf 'N Jug store on South Academy Blvd. Saturday's winning numbers were 3-4-8-20-and-49. The Powerball was 18 and the multiplier was 3.
The Colorado Springs ticket hit only the first five numbers. The ticket holder has 180 days from February 16 to claim the prize.
There has been a string of big Powerball prizes in the Pikes Peak region in the past six months.
Powerball was created in 1992 and launched in Colorado in 2001. It's now played in 29 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
