Cause of deadly fire pinpointed

The raging fire that killed a husband, wife and son last Friday was caused by a wood burning stove, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and Springfield Police Department. Specifically, they say an older, faulty duct from the stove in the residential part of the building was not properly secured at the joints.

Rocky Saldana, his wife Pamela and their son Jazz, 17, died in the fire last Friday that destroyed the Hometown Burrito restaurant and the attached home where they lived.
