Big 3 to present own bailout plan

Chrysler, Ford and GM say they'll give congressional Democrats a plan for rebuilding their industry in exchange for a bailout package.
Lawmakers considering a $25 billion aid package made from the automakers. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid say if there's a viable plan, Congress might return to work in early December for a vote. But for now, the Democrats say the plan lacked the support to pass Congress and be signed by the president.
