Colorado Springs police investigate a death on the city's northwest side.

Shortly before 8 o'clock on Sunday night Colorado Springs police officers were called to a disturbance on the 3100 block of Beacon Street. That's near the intersection of Fillmore and I-25.
When officers arrived on scene, they found an adult male down in the front yard. A police officer performed C.P.R on the man but was unable to save him. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Major Crimes is investigating the cause of death, his name has not been released. They're not calling it a homicide at this time, but a suspicious death.
