Electronic billboard meeting

More and more electronic billboards are popping up these days, but they can be distracting to drivers and annoying to neighbors.
El Paso County has four electronic billboards in its limits, and would like to hear from the public on how to regulate them. They’re holding a meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 23 from 4:30– 6 p.m. at the Pikes Peak Regional Development Center in the public hearing room.
