Only 65 days remain before the end of analog broadcasts. That means viewers without cable or satellite service with older televisions have just two months  to install  converter boxes.

Sixty-four year old Dawn Wright of Colorado Springs was a bit apprehensive as she paged through the thick converter manual, but the process proved to be rather simple.

She connected the antenna cable to the converter box and then connected another cable from the converter box to the TV. Her antenna connector was the wrong size, but she can easily replace that with the right size.

Using her new remote control programmed to channel 3, Dawn Wright followed a few easy steps on her screen to finish the process. Her television immediately began receiving a digital signal. She liked the clearer picture and was surprised at how easy it all was. Dawn says "it takes some thinking, but I'm glad it's simple."
