Cripple Creek casinos in court for smoking violations

The managers of three Cripple Creek casinos were in court Thursday morning after their businesses were ticketed for violating the new Colorado casino smoking ban.
Managers from Midnight Rose, Bronco Billy's and Double Eagle Casino appeared in Teller County court.
Double Eagle and Bronco Billy's had pre-trial conferences, while the Midnight Rose's trial date was set for September 11th.
The Gold Rush Casino was also ticketed this past Saturday but has not appeared in court.
Colorado's casino smoking ban started on January 1, 2008.
