Video of an alien?

A Denver man is gathering signatures to start a government committee that would look into extra-terrestrial activity in our state. Jeff Peckman showed video at a press conference on Friday that he says proves aliens do exist.
He wouldn't let media shoot the footage, but there is a picture. In it, you can see what looks like a grainy head peeking in to a window. It was allegedly taken by Stan Romanek, a Colorado Springs native. Peckman says the video was shot in Nebraska at home by infared cameras. The video is included in a documentary that's expected to be released later this year.
Peckman is lobbying for an extra-terrestrial affairs committee in Denver. He wants a group of city leaders to investigate ET activity in the state.
Elise Eagle says she's seen this footage of aliens. She heads the UFO Institute International group in Colorado Springs. Describing the video, she says, "When they're filming it, they go over to see it outside the window. When it comes up from outside they're startled and they go back to see this thing there."
It may seem hard to believe, but she also has another picture. She says it was taken by Stan Romanek, and emailed to her from the man who is writing his book. It shows a figure behind a couple in a picture. It's gray, with big eyes. It kind of looks like what you would see in a movie.
She also has pictures she says she took in Colorado Springs. Several show the same image of an unidentified object in the sky. She says she took them last August after neighbors started making a commotion outside. She says, "The lady described it as the yellow submarine from the Beatles."
None of these images have not been verified by experts. As for the documentary, Peckman says they plan on taking it to scientists to show it hasn't been doctored in anyway. No matter what you think, Eagle has this advice, "Keep an open mind. Keep looking up and if you feel like it's not normal, don't think it's an air balloon because it's probably not."
To get this group started in Denver, Peckman claims he will need about $75,000. He hopes to get that money through grants and donations. Peckman feels confident he'll get the 4,000 signatures needed to get this on the November ballot.
