A red hot baseball pitcher is this week’s “Loaf ‘N Jug High School Athlete of the Week.” Congratulations to Pueblo South lefty Jeremy Ortiz.
The Colts southpaw tossed a no-hitter Monday as South wrapped up the regular season with a 10-0 win over CanonCity. A week ago at Coors Field in Denver Jeremy pitched a three hitter as South beat PuebloCounty snapping the Hornets 10-game winning streak.
