The third-ranked Colorado College hockey team held off Air Force 2-1 Saturday. It's the Tigers' 25th-straight win over the Falcons.
Sophomore Billy Sweatt scored in the second period to give CC a 2-0 lead.
After Air Force's star player Eric Ehn left the game in the early third with a leg injury, the Falcons' Scott Kozlak scored to cut CC's lead to 2-1. But in the final seconds, even with a pulled goalie, Air Force couldn't get the puck past Richard Bachman again. Bachman finished with 25 saves.
Air Force's Andrew Volkening had 29 saves. Freshman Steve Schultz also scored for the Tigers.
