Central students deliver gifts to kids

Some high school students gave their best Santa's Elves performances Thursday when they delivered toys to children in Parkview and St. Mary-Corwin Hospitals.

Members of Central High School's National Honor Society delivered 170 toys,  donated by students and members of the community.  The children's reactions made an impression on the students. "It was just very rewarding," said Lita Romero. "To see the little kids' happy when they got their toy, just to make their Christmas a little better. It made me feel good because that's what Christmas is all about, giving to others."
