News First Investigates uses the power of television and the internet to help improve our way of life in communities throughout Southern Colorado.
Recent efforts of New First investigative reporter James Jarman include exposing prostitution and human trafficking in neighborhoods throughout Colorado Springs and helping track down the most wanted sex offenders in our area.
In addition to making our communities safer, we want to hold people in positions of power responsible for their decisions. News First Investigates wants to expose corruption, waste, and fraud in our local cities, counties, and businesses.
If you have information about a situation that just doesn't seem to be on the "up and up" - fraudulent practices, wasting taxpayer money, making things happen through coercion, or similar - fill out the "whistleblower" form below. It requires some courage, but can result in important and critical change.
You may submit your tip anonymously - none of the fields below is required. Know, though, that the more information you provide, the more likely it is that the situation can be properly investigated. Also, even if you provide your name and contact information, your identity as a confidential news source is protected by the Colorado Press Shield Law.
