But if your idea of a perfect Thanksgiving doesn't involve shopping, dirty dishes or panicked housecleaning--it's time to make dinner reservations. In Colorado Springs:
The Broadmoor is mostly booked. Three dining rooms still have availability. For reservations call 577-5733
Briarhurst Manor 685-1864Buffet or menu dining. Private rooms or the ballroom.
Cheyenne Mountain Resort 583-4000 (Lisa Lyden was quick to add this dining experience to the list)
In Pueblo:
Charlie B's in the Marriott, next to the convention center. 542-3200 (Much availability. Make reservations, but you may be able to stop in without a reservation)
Tony's Chop House and Rosario's 583-1822 Yes, they're known for steaks and Italian favorites, but count on traditional holiday fare.
